Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Explore the first steps of our streamlined process below to get familiar with how
we work. Have questions? Just give us a call or, better yet, visit one of our
three display locations to see our craftsmanship in person.

Visit one of our showrooms between Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or Saturdays 9am-1pm and consult with our team of experts at:

Provide us with a section 10.7 certificate (part 2 & 5). This has information regarding the regulations applicable to your property and can be obtained via council. A sewer diagram should also be provided and can be obtained from Sydney Water or the contract of sale of the property.

We conduct a free on-site inspection with one of our consultants. We will meet you on-site to discuss the work involved. A quotation summary of inclusions will be completed based on your requirements.

You decide between standard or upgraded finishes and inclusions for your granny flat. Once you are happy with the price and terms, a contract will be signed in our office.

Our in-house team of designers sit with you to custom design a granny flat to satisfy your vision. A 3D model is generated for your review. Once you confirm the architectural plans, we organise all the documents for approval.

Approval is obtained and colours/materials selection meeting is held to prepare for construction. Does your granny flat need a CDC or DA application? Find out on the previous page.

HWI & Council fees are settled. MGF will obtain Home Warranty Insurance and you will need to contact council for contribution fees invoice. Once receipt of payment is provided, we are ready for construction!
